Berry Berry Grape Smoothie
Berries, yogurt and Welch's 100% Grape Juice combine for a delicious heart-healthy smoothie that will start your day off with a smile!
- Add all ingredients to a blender and process until completely combined
- Pour into two tall glasses and serve immediately.
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- ¼ cup frozen cranberries
- ½ cup frozen grapes
- ¾ cup Welch’s 100% Grape Juice
- ½ cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup water
